Corporate bosses that purposely pit one department vs. another behind the scenes in an effort to “stir the pot” are just vile human beings still stuck in middle school. They typically do this to create “internal conflict” that will in theory produce a better outcome. I can tell you that if I’m one of those department leaders, all it does is make me want to punch some faces and drop some top rope big elbows Macho Man Randy Savage style. We accountants just want to understand the issue, solve it for good, and move the F onto the next thing like the hired assassins we are. Keep your petty BS out of my accounting team you piece of monkey shite!
