How It Works

Step 1

Send an email explaining your problem or question clearly and succinctly with enough information so that I can determine if I can assist you.

Step 2

I will contact you via email with any clarifying questions or additional information needed for me to “diagnose” what it will take to solve your problem.

Step 3

Once a full understanding is obtained, I will provide you an estimate via email as to what it will cost for my services (remember – I charge a fixed fee and not a by the hour rate).

Check your Spam folder as it is possible that “Jackhammer” might end up in your spam folder.

Step 4

Before we agree to proceed, the Jackhammer CPA will provide my CPA credentials so that you can validate before any payment is made.

If you agree to the fee estimate, make payment to Jackhammer CPA’s Paypal account

Step 5

Upon confirming the funds are received, I will answer the advice question via email
